Stratus Building Solutions is looking for an Operations Technician for a fast growing and innovative green commercial cleaning company that is applying professional approaches to our industry. Our ideal candidate is someone who understands the potential of an opportunity with dynamic growth who can mentor, coach, motivate and execute our program.
Skills Needed:
-Bilingual: English & Spanish strongly preferred
-Be able to multitask with ease
-Be able to effectively and efficiently resolve a wide range of customer issues
-Computer skills including ability to navigate the internet, email, Microsoft Word and Excel.
-Reliable & hardworking
-Great Customer Service
-Communication skills and the ability to get along with people from diverse backgrounds
-Experience in janitorial operations required
-Sales experience very helpful but not required
Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
-Build relationships with both clientele and franchisees
-Receive and remedy customer complaints
-Conduct quality audits to guarantee high quality of service to our clients
-Handle the start-up of service to new customers
-Handle transfers of service from one franchisee to another
-Quote and sell one-time services to existing customers
-Conduct quarterly meetings with franchisees
Minimum qualifications/Requirements:
2 years’ experience in the cleaning industry with basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and floor work/carpet cleaning techniques required.
18 years of age or older required.
Night/weekend/holiday work required.
Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed to accommodate museum activities required.
