Stratus Building Solutions is looking for an Operations Technician for a fast growing and innovative green commercial cleaning company that is applying professional approaches to our industry. Skills Needed: -Bilingual: English & Spanish strongly preferred -Be able to multitask with ease -Be able to effectively and efficiently resolve a wide range of customer issues -Computer skills including ability to navigate the internet, email, Microsoft Word and Excel. -Reliable & hardworking -Great Customer Service -Communication skills and the ability to get along with people from diverse backgrounds -Experience in janitorial operations required -Sales experience very helpful but not required Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to): -Build relationships with both clientele and franchisees -Receive and remedy customer complaints -Conduct quality audits to guarantee high quality of service to our clients -Handle the start-up of service to new customers -Handle transfers of service from one franchisee to another -Quote and sell one-time services to existing customers -Conduct quarterly meetings with franchisees Minimum qualifications/Requirements: 2 years’ experience in the cleaning industry with basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and floor work/carpet cleaning techniques required. 18 years of age or older required. Night/weekend/holiday work required. Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed to accommodate museum activities required.
