At All Pro Restoration, we are seeking a reliable Content Cleaning Technician to join our team of industry professionals who will handle the day-to-day mitigation and cleaning work that each project requires. Primary Responsibilities Include: • Clean furniture, kitchenware, household goods, soft goods, etc. after a fire, water, or mold loss • Help pack and move contents back and forth from the warehouse to offsite storage units • Perform routine cleaning of equipment, vehicles, and facility • Visit job site and interface with client • Inventory and load work vehicle with supplies, machinery & products for restoration • Work to salvage contents when possible • Communicate and coordinate with the team regarding projects Successful Candidates Must Have: • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • 1+ years experience in packing, soft-content cleaning, and moving • Consistent attendance and punctuality • Strong attention to detail, communication, time management, and organizational skills • Willingness to learn and adapt • Compassionate, empathetic approach to our work and clients • Knowledge of fabrics, tools, equipment and safety practices preferred • Full range of motion and ability to lift at least 50 lbs. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Clean personal background What Do We Offer? • PTO, sick time & vacation available • Healthcare coverage options available
