At All Pro Restoration, we are seeking a Mitigation Field Technician to join our team of industry professionals. We trust our Mitigation Techs to remove, salvage, and transfer property damaged by water, fire, and mold while our clients begin the process of repairing and rebuilding their homes and businesses. This is a labor-intensive job and hard work is performed daily, and we have high standards for our employees. We provide continuing education and training, and we consider candidates from many backgrounds including law enforcement, EMT, professional and volunteer firefighters, and military. We’ll also consider individuals with little comparable experience provided the willingness to learn and be a team player is evident. Primary Responsibilities Include: • Removal of property from job site as the result of mold, fire, and water damage • Visit job site and interface with client • Determine scope of job and set expectations for client • Inventory and load work vehicle with supplies, machinery & products for restoration • Work to salvage contents when possible • Move contents to storage facility with caution and care • Communicate and coordinate with the team regarding projects • Reach out to customers to ensure all needs are satisfied Successful Candidates Must Have: • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • 1+ years of water, fire or mold restoration experience preferred but not required • Strong attention to detail, communication, time management, and organizational skills • Willingness to learn and adapt • Compassionate, empathetic approach to our work and clients • Knowledge of fabrics, tools, equipment and safety practices preferred • Full range of motion and ability to lift at least 50 lbs. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Clean personal background What Do We Offer? • PTO, sick time & vacation available • Healthcare coverage options available
