Thor is an active and incredibly smart boy who loves being able to stretch his legs at the park or in your yard; if you can throw a tennis ball, you’ll have a friend for life! He is an almost 2-year-old (New Year’s Day baby) male Boxer/American Shepherd mix. He is neutered, chipped, potty trained, knows basic commands, and is perfectly healthy. He is a very good-looking boy; everyone comments on how handsome he is! He’s also very loyal and will want to spend time with his family, so someone home for part of the day would suit him best. Thor is a snuggle-buddy for sure. He’ll come running over to you and want to lay next to you or in your lap! And he loves giving kisses to his family. This dog loves absolutely everyone. Well, except other dogs when he’s out on a walk (he’s not great with other pooches when he’s on his leash but getting better). But other than that – he loves everyone! He sleeps out of the kennel at night without destroying anything, and occasionally likes to watch a good Netflix show. Thor loves friendly cats and has no problem with kitty companions at home. Thor can be a bit shy in new situations, but just give him time to get to know you. If you think you can provide him with the love and attention he deserves, please reach out to us with only serious inquiries. There is a small rehoming fee, but minimal. We will provide Vet clinic details for getting records, etc. to the person/family that welcomes Thor home!
