Overview: Westech Industries is looking for qualified laborers in telecommunications construction to join our team as a full-time employee based out of our Galt or Redding locations. This individual will work with both underground and aerial crews as needed. Must be able to work long hours and can lift and carry up to 75 lbs. This position requires the ability to work year-round and handle inclement weather associated with working outdoors, including heat, cold, rain, wind and possibly snow. Must have the ability to operate small tools and hand tools as needed. Prior telecommunications construction experience a plus.
Work may require out-of-town travel, after normal business hours, and on weekends, depending on customer needs and emergency response work.
