Repairs minor electrical problems (i.e., change out switches, receptacles, fixtures, etc).
Repair minor plumbing problems (i.e., change out bibs, seats, pop-up assemblies, etc).
Provides minor carpentry, glass and sheet rock repairs (i.e., remove/replace doorframes, patch holes in sheet rock, apply texture, repair sub floors, repair cabinets, etc).
Performs necessary repairs and preventative maintenance of Motel units as they become vacant, may assist as required and assigned in painting of interior units, office, laundry rooms, common areas, etc
Re-program door locks (KABA)for guest rooms.
Continuously inspects the property for safety hazards that pose a liability or potential liability and corrects same immediately, advising of necessary action.
Performs reasonable duties under Managers direction and complete work orders and requests for service.
Performs other reasonable duties as assigned.
