Title: Warehouse Supervisor Reports to: Operations Manager • SHIPPING AND RECEIVING: Hands-on packing and shipping o Oversee Warehouse and Production Staff  Approve vacation requests for warehouse & manufacturing staff  Provide annual staffing review o Coordinate efforts of shipping/receiving personnel, including hands-on packing and shipment of product. o Resolve shipping errors, damaged packages, lost packages, shortages, etc.  Coordinate efforts with Shipping Supervisor & Office team. o Resolve shortages/missing items with trucking companies.  Coordinate efforts with Shipping Supervisor & Office team. o Work with Rob to negotiate the best freight rates. o Oversee and execute regular physical inventory count - reconcile in collaboration with Office team. • MANUFACTURING: Hands-on mixing o Analyze inventory levels of manufactured / packaged products o Develop production schedules. o Maintain necessary levels of raw materials, labels, cartons, bags, tubes, cartridges, cans and related items. o Coordinate efforts of mixing/packaging personnel. • FACILITIES MAINTAINANCE AND REPAIR: Collaborate with Safety lead & Office Manager o Warehouse and Production Equipment maintenance and repair. With support o Arrange winter plowing and salting – In collaboration with Office Manager. o Spring/Summer landscaping and lawn maintenance. o Arrange annual HVAC maintenance and inspection. o As needed special facilities projects (roof repair, parking lot repair, etc.) • HAZ MAT TRAINING: Collaborate with Safety lead (TO BE COMPLETED WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF START DATE) o Maintain required certification and training for handling of hazardous materials o Work with Norm to dispose of hazardous waste • HI-LO CERTIFICATION: Collaborate with Safety lead (TO BE COMPLETED WITHIN 90 DAYS OF START DATE) o Maintain required certification and training for HI-LO certification o Train new warehouse employees on HI-LO licensing • SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS o Microsoft Suite with focus on Microsoft Excel o UPS / FEX-EX Shipping Software o ERP experience • SOFTWARE PLUS o Microsoft NAV / Dynamics 365 Location: Trenton small business manufacturing/warehouse/logistics Schedule: M-F 8:00 AM to 4:30 (no nights or weekends) Compensation: $17-$20 an Hour, 401k with match, profit sharing & annual bonus potential Medical benefits premium covered by employer, HSA contribution from employer Life insurance & long term disability coverage
