I am looking for someone who has experience installing carpet in a residential setting. I need about 400 sq/ft of carpet installed. The carpet would be laid over a concrete floor so the padding needs to be installed too. The carpet has been purchased and is ready to go. Need to get this done tomorrow - Wednesday 12/22 PLEASE READ: We will purchase all the material needed to do the job. We are looking for a daily labor quote to get this done.
