Serviceloco.com is looking for a Coordinator to assist us with making sure our customers are happy and help us stay organized.
Basically we need someone to work and assist us with the following:
Organizing Work Requests
Sending out bid requests to contractors
Calling customers to schedule work
Following up with contacts and prospects to answer questions
Help us onboard contractors and get them signed up
Keep our software and customers up to date
Prior experience with maintenance or handyman coordination is very helpful. General administrative experience and a proven ability to handle customer services and job coordination is a must. Also must have a computer and a good understanding of the Internet and google docs (or Microsoft Office).
To start, hours will vary but we will have ask for a minimum commitment of 10-20 hours a week
