We are looking for a full time pool cleaning technician. You'll be paid as a W-2 employee, not a 1099 contractor. We have health, dental, and vision insurance available after a 90 day probationary period if you become a full time employee. We pay $11/per pool per week. Full time makes between 55,000 to 63,000 per year starting. This is a very tight knit business and we are very close to our employees. We respect honesty and integrity above all else, and place the business' well being and customer happiness above my own income. I hope that I can find a like minded individual to grow with the company. The job requires you to clean and service each pool on a weekly basis. This includes, but is not limited to chemical maintenance, skimming, brushing, equipment maintenance and occasional vacuuming. We require automatic cleaning systems in our pools, so these pools do not require a terrible amount of maintenance outside of storms and windy days. I do not have a problem training someone from the ground up if that person is the right candidate and has a good disposition.
