Hi, I saw an orange and white cat yesterday and again this morning. It seems to be a very friendly cat. It definitely looks like it belongs to someone. I haven't ever seen him/her before and I usually know what cats are the strays around here. We live near Cottman and Castor area. Please email me if so.
