COS Homeowner needs help with landscaping and yard work

I need to hire three people to work together to complete some outside yard work. I'll contact each person and coordinate the group to work tomorrow, Wednesday 12/22/21 and Thursday 12/23/21. I think the weather will be great for both days at 60 degrees. I have a list of items to work on. I'm thinking 10am to 3pm each day. 10 hours total for each person. It could be more hours if work is left over. Here is a list of the work to be complete. Rake or shovel stones into wheelbarrow. Moving and sifting stones through sifter. Return rocks to location. Shovel dirt and move to locations. Wash building materials. Move pavers and arrange walkway. Dig around three small stumps. Cut roots. Fill in with dirt. Arrange brick materials for planter box. Assist homeowner in individual projects: Fix wood and metal fencing. Work on trellis and wires with grape vines and arbor. Possible light paint repair to house exterior. Downspout repair. Other jobs as needed. I have several shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, and materials needed for each job. I will provide each worker new work gloves to use and keep. I pay for lunch each day for everyone. I'm thinking Pizza Hut Wednesday and Subway Thursday. Please let me know any food allergies or food restrictions. Bring change of clothing if needed. I am paying cash for each day you work. YOU MUST be comfortable working outside on your feet for 5 hours daily. Please let me know any issues up front. I hire many people to help with jobs around the house. Please hold up to your side of the bargin if you take the job. Please be reliable. Great way to do easy work for easy money. Reach me by text.
