Kitchen Exhaust Cleaner - Night Shift

Looking for individuals for a night shift job cleaning restaurant kitchen exhaust hoods in the Wilmington, NC area. Would need to be able to work night shift from 6:00PM-5:00AM SUN-WED (hours can vary depending on jobs that night). Typical work week is four days, SUN-WED 10+ hours a day and home every night. Work includes driving company vehicles to job locations, cleaning greasy hoods, climbing ladders up to two stories high, working on roof tops, and safe use of a hot pressure washer. Pay is hourly (plus benefits) starting at $15.00/h with no experience. Experienced hood cleaners start at $18.00+ depending on proficiency. $100.00 weekly bonus for completing all jobs with no call backs as well as a monthly bonus of $450+ for hitting your monthly goals. Possibility for over night jobs (stay in hotels) with per diem. 90 day review with pay increase that matches performance. Paid holidays and sick days, paid vacation days (after 90 days), and health insurance plans (after 90 days). Work shirts and pants supplied (10 pair each) with the option of in house laundry service at no extra cost. Steel toe boots (non slip preferred) required but not supplied at this time. The crew leader will get the work truck to take home (not for recreational use) and a gas card. The helper would meet up at either the crew leaders home or the office (which ever is more convenient for both crew members). Jobs are scheduled in advance so you would always know next weeks schedule. You will need to be able to pass a background check and drug test.
