Title: Warehouse Supervisor Reports to: Operations Manager • SHIPPING AND RECEIVING: Hands-on packing and shipping o Oversee Warehouse and Production Staff Approve vacation requests for warehouse & manufacturing staff o Coordinate efforts of shipping/receiving personnel, including hands-on packing and shipment of product. o Resolve shipping errors, damaged packages, lost packages, shortages, etc. Coordinate efforts with Shipping Supervisor & Office team. o Resolve shortages/missing items with trucking companies. Coordinate efforts with Shipping Supervisor & Office team. o Work with vendor to negotiate the best freight rates. o Oversee and execute regular physical inventory count - reconcile in collaboration with Office team. • MANUFACTURING: Hands-on mixing o Analyze inventory levels of manufactured / packaged products o Develop production schedules. o Maintain necessary levels of raw materials, labels, cartons, bags, tubes, cartridges, cans and related items. o Coordinate efforts of mixing/packaging personnel. • FACILITIES MAINTAINANCE AND REPAIR: o Warehouse and Production Equipment maintenance and repair. o Work with outside vendors salting and plowing in Winter & landscaping and lawn maintenance Summer. o Arrange annual HVAC maintenance and inspection. o As needed special facilities projects (roof repair, parking lot repair, etc.)
