Description
Maintenance/handyman for owner of several commercial properties
in downtown Winter Park. 8:00 am to 5:00.
Job entails sprinkler repair, exterior, interior, blowing Park Ave storefronts, watering interior plants, carpentry, changing bulbs and ballast, drywall and painting. You name it! All that is associated with building maintenance. Must have valid Driver License.
$13.50 per hour.
