Southeast Healthcare is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician with a minimum of 3 years general maintenance experience. You will get to perform routine HVAC, plumbing, electrical repairs, drywall, painting, and flooring repairs. Requires a self-motivated, team player with good communication skills. Must pay attention to regulations and details when completing tasks. On-call required. Tools, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation required. Must have reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to our various locations within Franklin and Delaware Counties. Including occasional (not often) travel to our Morrow County office. Requirements: HS Diploma/GED required We are a healthcare facility and as such we require that our new employees are fully vaccinated (both COVID and FLU).
