Heavy Equipment Operators & Truck Drivers Needed

Beavers Contracting is currently working on a project near Atoka Oklahoma and we are in need of operators. We are building a dam and have over a million yards of dirt to move. All positions are needed Scrapers, dump trucks, dozer, blade, excavators, roller, articulated truck, end dump (road truck), mechanic, general labor. Need a specific type of road truck driver. We have a lot of material to be delivered to the project and you will stay busy driving a truck but you need to be ok with also driving a company truck doing parts runs and local hotshot runs we need done. Also need to be ok with working on the actual construction site helping with maintenance/labor or running some kind of equipment on days we may not have any trucking to do. We can help provide with room and board if needed. We can put you up in a hotel during the work week or help with a RV spot if you have a camper. We will work Monday through Friday and some Saturdays, weekly overtime...weather permitting. Pay is based on experience but we will start everyone off at $17 an Hr and if you work out well we can go up from there. $250 bonus for the first month of work completed with no missed days or showing up late. $500 bonus for 90 days without absence or tardy work days. We will continue with bonus pay based on attendance, if you show up to work on time you will be rewarded for it!! STARTING PAY FOR SCRAPER OPERATORS IS $20 AN HR!!! Must have experience on a scraper, we have 7 631 scrapers, a 637 and 3 621's that we all need rolling so scraper operators are a major need on this project!!
