Stucco, roof, or foundation experts! Need bids to build a sunroom.

My company, Orange Frog Homes Inc, is building a 15x15 sunroom addition for an elderly client and looking to get her cost down as much as possible. We need a stucco subcontractor to do a little stucco on the exterior of the sunroom, a 15x15 1:12 tile roof matching the existing Spanish tile roof (see pic), and a 15x15 foundation over top of the existing patio (or take out the patio, your choice). I have a complete set of plans that I can email you. If you are not licensed/bonded/insured, you can work for Orange Frog Homes Inc as an employee and be completely covered. The photo here is of the back of the house from which the sunroom will extend.
