Developer building new single family home, is looking to bring on an experienced Concrete Foreman needed to run a concrete crew. The scope will include pouring footings and foundations for a single family home, with no basement. The candidate must have at lease 10 years experience managing the concrete scope of work for residential new construction. The scope the foreman will oversee will include the following: -Setting Forms -Setting & Tying Rebar -Set Footers & Foundations -Finish, Frame, Wrack -Mix & Pour Concrete\ Serious Inquiries ONLY!!!
