Orange County Solar, Inc. is hiring an experienced Stucco and drywall installer/ finisher with experience for stucco patches around residential main electrical panels and miscellaneous other small exterior patches and interior drywall repairs. Must be able to tape, float and match all types of texture commonly found in residential homes. MUST be able to Lathe to Code and pass Lathe Inspections. Qualifications • At least 2 years of experience with residential stucco or drywall repair, removal, re-texturing or installation and clean paint matching • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including customers • Ability to work in challenging environments (hot sun, cold wind, tight spaces, etc.) • Ability to stand for long stretches of time, and to work at heights (willing and able to work on roofs, climb ladders and stairs) • Ability to safely handle tools and materials commonly found in the construction and solar industries, such as: ladders, inverters, solar panels, panel boards and other similar electrical equipment, lumber, roofing materials, etc • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong technical and critical thinking skills • Thrive in a team environment • Regular, reliable and predictable attendance required • High school diploma or GED required • Ability to clear our pre-employment criminal, driving and drug screen Please submit a cover letter along with your resume for consideration and we look forward to hearing from you!
