Synthesist looking for band - revised to not offend snowflakes

I am looking for a band that is in need of someone to play synthesizer/electronics. My style is similar to Brian Eno in the early part of his career though I can also play some keyboards as well, though I am not what you might call a keyboard player. Ideally the band would be in some form of goth/industrial/post-punk/darkwave/space rock. I would rather not list off a ton of bands and musicians at this point but would be glad to discuss it in a response. I have no substance abuse issues, have good gear and transportation, am fully vaccinated (and would expect you to be as well), and currently have no other band obligations. I will add that I am an old guy. I saw Hendrix play, Zappa, ELP, Pink Floyd - all the bands that people who like weird stuff pay lip service to, so do the math. The problem with being an old guy in Tampa Bay is that the other older folk are content to play the same old crap, which I am not. I would rather pack it in than even consider playing Brown Eyed Girl or Free Bird. The people who do like to play the music that I like to play seem to have an aversion to having someone older than 35 in the room. Never mind the fact that they will probably never "make it", no labels are scouting out bands in Tampa Bay for contracts and touring deals. The music scene is what we make it. Also, you will never see me showing up for a gig in baggy shorts wearing a tractor cap. I can still bring a little rock&roll to my stage presence. Remember, old people are only old because they survived this long, and one day, hopefully you will understand.
