Cartoonish Videos Needed

This is not a work for hire arrangement. I am looking for an artist/business partner who can create simple caricature-like videos for a musical love story I have created. You create the characters and scenes using the songs I wrote and text I will write. There are 18 videos, and we work on them one at a time until all 18 are done. Then we take "stills" from each video, put them on T-shirts, cups, posters and other merchandise and sell them online or in stores. The videos will be monetized online to also make money but will be available for the public to see for free. There will be a website. The name of the love story is called, "Songs For Marianne." The story line is...a guy who writes songs, dreams of a girl, meets her, they fall in love, but they break up. Then, he cannot forget her and writes songs about her. She hears one of them on the radio and decides to go back with him and they get back together. Here are the songs...(note these videos are not going to be used in this project.
