Electrician needed to install outlet - $100 budget

Hi, I have a $100 budget and wondering if an electrician is willing to take the job. I want an outlet installed in the closet. Would like to pick off electricity from another outlet 3ft away; this outlet is already in the middle of the run. You'd have to supply the romex cable. Think 12/3 with ground is run throughout the condo. Also, outlet install would have to be up to code.
