NOW HIRING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS To work on commercial and residential properties maintaining stone surfaces such as marble, granite, slate, limestone, tile, terrazzo, flagstone, and brick pavers. This is a great fit for a person looking to learn a trade that has the potential to become a promising and financially satisfying career. Maintenance consists of: Polishing floors, walls, counter tops, planters, and other surfaces with a floor machine and hand machine to maintain finish, as well as other duties including power washing, grout cleaning, grout replacement and graffiti removal. Candidates must be self-motivated, Detail Oriented, Have Neat Appearance. Clean DMV a MUST with minimum 12 months driving experience. MUST BE WILLING AND ABLE TO WORK NIGHT SHIFT, SOME DAYS, AND SOME WEEKENDS.
