I will contact your recent appointments with a brief survey ranging from 5-10 categories that can be completed in 1-2 minutes. If I do not get a response via phone I will try email but most times customers are actually very willing to do the phone survey.
I will organize your results for you in an efficient and easy to read spreadsheet complete with totals, averages, positive and negative results, perfect for pulling out at monthly staff meetings.
I also have a background in a behavior health services office so if I stumble upon an angry customer I am extremely qualified to de-escalate the situation.
Normal pricing is just $1 per customer but promotional pricing for your first month is just $.50 per customer (20 customers per month minimum and no maximum)and if you aren’t completely satisfied, no obligation to continue. Payment isn’t due until after your spreadsheet is received.
