looking for photography/art studio space per month

hello. 30 something female content creator looking to find art studio space for myself only. i would use the space for photography, filming, and back end work like editing my content so i will need some kind of wifi connection (no huge up or downloads, just answering client emails and marketing). i would likely only use the space once or twice a week to start. not looking to rent per day, but would consider if the price was right to give it a shot. furnished is ok and even preferred. must be private and secure. i prefer 24 hr access. would consider splitting the cost of a shared space with the right person. please email me and lets chat!
