Unfortunately, despite thousands of people moving out of CA each month, thousands MORE people move in. CA has seen an increase in its population every year since 1920.
Hopefully, large companies like Tesla will leave the state as promised and take residents with them. A reduction in the states population would benefit us all. There is no up side from overpopulated states.
Benefits of a decrease in Ca population include: less traffic, lower housing costs, lower fuel prices, less congestion, less pollution, cheaper produce meat and dairy, more job opportunities.
