Service van provided. Must be able to perform all stages of maintenance and repair including: plumbing, drywall, painting, electrical and general carpentry. Requires strong troubleshooting skills, ability to meet tight timelines, good communication skills and the ability to exceed our customers expectations. Working Saturday and Sundays required. Will be performing offsite condo maintenance, and a company van will be provided to travel from home to work sites. Job Type: Full-time, (part time may be considered) Salary: $15.00 to $19.00/hour Experience: Residential Maintenance Technician: 3 years minimum
