Pop rock electric violin looking for a fun progressive group with desire to play out. I am very strong improv so can write my own parts pretty much on the fly, and covers too of course, simple keys if needed. I like synths and strings. Stage and studio experienced. Drug/alcohol/smoke free but not Nazi about it. Mi nombre es Jorge. My violins are high end not plastic toys, 8-pickup solid body. Active bridge pickups, multi-effect foot pedal for stage and gigs, ear monitors. Electric violin works well with melodic rock and pop like Times Like These, Everlong, Silent Lucidity [yes!], Man in the Box, Sober, 36&2, Sanitarium, Nothing Else Matters Nothing Compares to You, Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For, etc. Then there is old school Dave Matthews, Pink Floyd, John Prine, Eagles, Foreigner, Kansas, etc. But I'm not showing up with a song list, just examples because few guys have played with violins and its outside the box.
