Night Attendant 1 position available. 10:30PM-7:00AM 4 days on/3 days off Duties includes: 1. Night monitoring of residents and faculty. 2. Meal preparation for residents that will check out early for work. 3. Wake-up calls and sign-out residents. 4. Respect patient confidentiality at all times. 5. Attend required training programs and scheduled staff meetings. 6. Nightly and hourly rounds. 7. Do emergency check-in at night. 8. Supervise meal preparation and clean-up for the morning. 9. Monitor completion of daily chores with program residents. 10. Document notable client interactions with staff, volunteers and/or other residents. Site Assistant (Homeless Shelter) (2 positions will be filled) M-F, some weekends. 8A.M-5P.M Responsibilities: 1. Provide assistance and support to residents’ needs for daily living 2.  Assist in the general upkeep and cleanliness of the encampment. 3.  Transport residents in a company vehicle to appointments for showers and laundry, and other general program activities. 4.  Ensure client safety and welfare by providing residents with house rules, conducting check-ins, and performing walk-through of encampment areas 5.  Develop and maintain appropriate relationships with residents 6. Assist with meal preparation and meal service. 7. Distribute personal care items to residents per protocol; Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and resource information to residents and callers. 8. Interview residents seeking services and completely new client admissions according to policy. 9. Perform program departure procedures with residents. 10. Immediately report suspected neglect/abuse to Executive Director, which reports to ED and AED. 11. Ensure the safety and security of the program and residents, including completion of walk thru. 12. Maintain program and client confidentiality, including former residents. 13. Review communication logbook and calls at the beginning of each shift. 14. Answer and document all telephone calls and activities per policy. Looking for individuals that have had some experience dealing with homeless people. It's challenging job, but It's neccessary and many opportunities in the future will come with the job.
