Property Management Company Searching for new primary Contractors for the following: We need a new Primary Snow Plowing Contractor for a parking lot Bloomfield Must Haves:  -Reliable Transportation and commercial liability insurance: Preferably a 4x4  - Familiarity with the use of the Internet and smartphones is required. You will need to be able to take timestamped photos and upload them for our review. We will provide limited training for this. We require before and after pictures. -Your own tools (plow and salt spreader) Experience is a Plus: - Previous paid experience is preferred. No Sidewalks!
