Need help moving couch from living room into garage

I have a 3wide couch I need help moving from my living room to the garage next to my house and potentially a futon as well. Garage is approx 70 ft away from living room. 2 ppl to move preferred as my back is hurt but I can lift it if need be. Asap is preferred. Might be needed to help move back next day if delivery of new furniture doesn't happen
