Looking for a demo helper junk removal and interior handyman flooring

Hello friends, we have a team of 2 guys and need 1-2 more guys to start and finish a 2 bedroom renovation. It's 8am as I posted this and I'm hoping someone can be there at 10am-1030am latest. Junk will have to be taken down steps but most of the heavy lifting is done. Very little left to take down. Junk will have to be put into dumpster. Stuff like that. Probably 1-2 hours of work there for 1 person. ALSO - We are finishing painting and about to start flooring, light plumbing and light electrical.
