We build awesome high quality sheds at our customers houses and sometimes in a warehouse when the weather is bad. You will need to talk to customers about their build and re-enforce our contracts with them. We work in teams of 2-8 and everyone is expected to work together with positive attitudes. Some days are very long and some are relatively short. Some days we work until 7 or 8 pm. If you are not close to the 23322 area code, this may be difficult. Most carpenters work 45-60 hours of work per week and receive monthly bonuses. We offer a health insurance plan, matching 401k, Aflac, life insurance, and paid time off.
