Good evening everyone! I know this is probably a long shot but I'm gonna hope and pray someone can help me.. I have been living at Extended Stay America, VA Beach since May 2021. I decided to not renew my lease at my previous apartment due to them raising the rent by $200 per month. I procrastinated to be honest and waited to look for something else at the last minute, not realizing how bad the rental market was. It was to late for me to withdraw my notice and that's how I wound up living here.  I work full time for uber and I just found a place for rent within my budget but it has been very hard for me to save up for 1st months rent and deposit living here paying the hotel $2,500/month.  I have already exercised all options for loans, federal and state assistance programs and got denied because either I made to much to qualify for their income bracket or they only have a certain amount of funds they can assist with Aside from that my phone bill is also late and I need to come up with $163.36 in order to keep my phone on. If my phone gets turned off I can't work.
