Seeking Maintenance or Handyman - Part time as needed - Travel to owner's apartment buildings in Westchester and Rockland - Prefer someone with driver's license and pick-up truck - Its a plus if you know how to use a landscape trailer - Eager to work - Who will be Polite with tenants - Light repairs - Janitorial - mop hallways, maintain garbage and recycles, etc. - Maintain walkways in winter - Cut lawn and other outside work The more skills the better Duties include keeping properties clean and orderly Pick up items at Home Depot Work with our other contractors as extra set of hands
