Develops, documents, and administers preventive maintenance programs for all mechanical and electrical equipment. The Facilities Supervisor assists in the aspects of the development of new buildings and renovations of existing buildings. Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00pm but may require flexibility depending on the needs of the department.       Education   B.S. Degree in business or related field or equivalent experience. Experience   Five years’ experience in facilities management. Skills/Abilities   Knowledge of H.V.A.C, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and related codes and standards.                   Familiarization of regulatory agencies such as Joint Commission and Department of Public Health.                 Backup coverage for Vice President of Campus Operations.
