Looking for a young (year or less) Chihuahua puppy for my grandfather. We've checked shelters and with most of the dogs available we're unsure if they're young enough or of their temperaments. We want a dog he could give a name to and raise up with, we ourselves are a Chihuahua family. So any addition for him could work as an addition to us as well.
