And why do we need to? Practices in faith traditions of prayer and meditation to the rising trend of mindfulness confirm that in this sea of chaos, our souls are searching for a sense of peace and tranquility, a sense of joy that can sometimes seem hard to find. So how can we find what our souls are searching for in the midst of these troubling times? And what are we limiting when we don’t create the conditions to allow for that peace and joy? What would society look like if we were able to connect spiritually with ourselves and with those around us?
