I have a very friendly, very talkative Indian ringneck looking for a forever home. Ive had her for a year and a half, since she was supposedly 9 weeks old. Unfortunately she came from a bad breeder. She has an immune disorder. There is several others like her around oregon that ive found out about. She is completely bald. Shes been to east bend animal vet and been tested for pbfd. It was negative. I will be sooo very extremely picky where she goes. And i will be asking a small fee to ensure she goes to a good home. She will come with her cage and her UV lamp. All her food and her food processor for chopping her veggies and fruits.
