Please join the Friends of Carlyle House on Saturday, January 29th as we celebrate John Carlyle’s Scottish heritage
Enjoy traditions like the Selkirk Grace, Piping of the Haggis and Immortal Memory address, along with Scottish music and dancing, hors d'oeuvres and beverages.
The event will again take place in the ballroom at Gadsby’s Tavern Museum. All attendees will be required to show proof of vaccination or a negative covid test (rapid or PCR; taken no more than 48 hours ahead of the event). Per the requirements of our venue, masks must be worn unless actively eating or drinking.
Registration is required for all attendees, and is free for Friends of Carlyle House with a current membership; for those wishing to join us, take advantage of this special opportunity to become a Friend at a discounted rate. Members of the Friends receive free admission to the museum, a discount in the museum shop, and invitations to events and exhibits, while helping preserve this important historical property.
