Ready to have great food on hand all the time? This class will take us through the preparation and cooking of three Built Without Guilt recipes. We'll go over some cooking & knife skill basics, talk nutrition & portion sizes and the benefits of meal prepping. You take home some delicious meals and a bit more confidence in the kitchen. Meals include one soup, two meals & one dessert.
