This series is intended as a practical program for individuals who are interested in
having a sustainable living on their farm.
Ever wanted to get the most out of your acreage? Maybe you've bought a farm but are not a farmer? This series is for those individuals and families looking to be more self-sufficient or take the first step in producing an agricultural product.
There will be a total of 4 sessions. Dates and topics for the sessions are as follows.
All sessions will be from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. with dinner served.
March 1 - session 1, Where Do I Start?
March 8 - session 2, Forages and Livestock & Poultry and Bees
March 15 - session 3, Vegetables and Fruit
March 22 - session 4, Marketing Your Product
