This is for ongoing 1099 work - specific contractors needed: *Residential Remodeling *Carpet Cleaning *Licensed Electrician *Licensed Plumbers *Cleaning Companies *Flooring Subcontractor Requirements: 1. MUST possess Commercial General Liability Insurance ($1M / $2M Aggregate) and Workers Comp (if applicable) 2. Crews must possess own transportation, materials and own equipment/tools of that specific trade to perform the job. 3. Complete jobs on time without construction defect or large punch items, understand scopes and the process of coordinating labor and scheduling efficiently. 4. Communicate through email and phone with biweekly updates including pics, c/o items and weekly schedules. 5.
