Help us serve the community at Hesed House this month! Join the Community Cares team as we dice, chop and bake in our home kitchens in order to provide the love, value and encouragement of a home cooked meal. Pre-cooked meals need to be delivered by 4:45pm to our Naperville Yellow Box location, 1635 Emerson Lane, Naperville. This month's meal is Spaghetti with Meat Sauce, Seasoned Green Peas, Garden Salad, Garlic Bread and Dessert. COMMUNITY Cares & Community 4:12 have united under one umbrella. Combining COMMUNITY Cares teams with Community 4:12 partnerships, like Giftmart and World Relief, positions us to catalyze restoration in our communities in new and exciting ways. Under the COMMUNITY Cares banner we'll work to: PROVIDE RELIEF by meeting the immediate needs of our community; DEVELOP PEOPLE through nurturing relationships; and work towards SYSTEMIC TRANSFORMATION in areas of Education, Race, Poverty & Incarceration. COMMUNITY Cares is a ministry of Community Christian Church.
