Must have groundskeeping experience. The Groundskeeper is responsible for keeping the grounds clean and attractive. Duties include, but are not limited to, removing trash from the grounds, watering the grounds as necessary, cleaning exterior public areas, using power washers and other equipment, and any other duties as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor. Essential Duties: * Inspect the entire grounds daily and remove all trash, debris, power washing sidewalks, trimming hedges, etc.. * Assist in the maintenance of any plant material on site as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor * Installing of or fixing water sprinklers * Assist in prepping outdoor areas for various weather conditions * Keep Supervisor up to date as to supply levels in order to always provide ample inventory. * Maintain and handle maintenance and/or grounds equipment in accordance with Osha guidelines, etc. Equipment must be returned daily in good condition to proper storage area. Requirements * High School Diploma * Must be 21 or older * Must be able to pass a Federal Background Check * Must be able to read and follow instructions regarding the handling of chemical supplies,etc… * Must have some irrigation system knowledge **MUST have at least 1 year of grounds keeping using power washers and maintenance** Working Environment/Requirements * Must be physically able to walk, stoop, kneel, carry * Must be able to lift to 50lbs * Must be able to climb ladders * Outdoor conditions will impact the majority of job tasks; must be able to withstand various temperatures and conditions. Shifts Available: Sunday - Thursday 6:00AM - 2:30PM $16.00/Hr Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 per hour
