Workshop co-sponsored by Fremont Area Child Care Association Participants will revisit the importance of play, play-based learning, how to advocate for play with parents and adults, create the perfect speech on WHY play is the way in early childhood. Strategies to be discussed: Follow your child’s lead, talk, talk, and talk about what your child is doing, encourage your child’s creativity and imaginative thinking, watch for your child’s cues, and avoid power struggles.
