Seeking fabricators and carpenters to build wood plank ceiling panels

Hiring skilled craftsmen to fabricate decorative wood plank ceiling panels to our specifications for a commercial showroom. Panels will be 4' by 8', consist of 2x4x8 steel framing, 1x4x8 wood boards, and 4ft perforated angle iron. Steel portions will need to be painted matte black, wood portions will need to be stained and varnished. We can provide materials or can give you a spec sheet and reimburse you for materials. They will be suspended from ceiling trusses with cables or chain. Here is a sketch of what we are looking for. Let me know if you have the space and tools to build these. We will handle the transport of them. We will need 20 sections constructed. We can pay you as a contractor. Please respond with what you would like for you labor per section.
