Description

Join us for a networking lunch and engage with a panel of prime contractors in varying areas of expertise. For companies in the Iowa Department of Transportation Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) program, this event will provide information and resources to learn about the bidding process to be competent and competitive in their responses as a subcontractor. The event will begin with a networking lunch, followed by a presentation by Associated General Contractors (AGC). A panel of four prime contractors will give insight on starting a business from the ground up. This is a perfect opportunity to network with them as well as other DBE's. Panelists: • Matt Triggs - President, Absolute Concrete • Drew Roberts - VP Estimating/Proj. Management, Absolute Concrete • Steve Sandquist - President, United Contractors • Andy Stone - Estimator/Project Manager, United Contractors For more, contact Mary Zimmerman at [email protected].
