I have nine airbnbs in Tucson, all are one bedroom/studio apartments within a 5 minute drive of each other. I am looking for someone who can be on call and will be available on short notice to clean our units and help out with anything that requires on the ground assistance (running paper towels to a guest, dropping off linens to the laundromat, taking inventory of our supplies so we know if we need to order more toilet paper, unclogging a sink, helping a guest get in the unit if the lockbox jams etc.) I do not live in the state so you will need to be very reliable because you will be the only person in the city I can count on to help me give every guest a 5 star stay. Since I can’t guarantee you any set amount of hours (probably 10 to 20 hours or so per week) as the amount of work I’ll have for you will vary week to week based on how many guests we have and how many issues come up after our guest check in -- I am open to discuss pay and setting up an agreement that would make it worth it for you and help both of us. This is a great opportunity for someone who has free time with a flexible schedule and wants to make some extra money on the side.
